Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stepped out of her carefully choreographed presidential listening tour to address reports that foreign donors may have influenced her decisions at the State Department.

According to Bloomberg’s Jennifer Epstein, Clinton spoke briefly with reporters about her State Department record after a roundtable discussion with voters in New Hampshire.

“It’s worth noting that Republicans seem to only be talking about me,” she said. “I don’t know what they’d talk about if I weren’t in the race.”

Clinton ignored the substance of the report, but would only say that he was “ready” for any further “distractions and attacks” during the campaign.

According to CBS Reporter Alex Romano, Clinton’s impromptu gaggle lasted one minute and 41 seconds.
