According to the Daily Mail, Rachel Dolezal, the white woman and head of the Spokane chapter of the NAACP who masqueraded as black until her parents outed her, claimed that her former husband, Kevin Moore, who is genuinely black, made her perform sex acts on camera. Dolezal’s claims were made as part of a court battle over the custody of their son, Franklin.

Dolezal claimed the existence of a “video tape made at the request of the defendant which required the plaintiff to participate in sexual acts with the defendant on tape against the plaintiff’s desires.” Dolezal’s lurid claim of the sex tape came amid others she made of’ “years” of “physical, emotional, sexual and verbal abuse,” alleging “pushing, hair pulling and forcible restraint.”

Court documents state that in 2005, after the marriage fell apart, Franklin returned to his mother’s home with a bruise on his face, prompting Dolezal to call police. Moore claimed Franklin had fallen; police made no charges. When the divorce was finalized in April 2005, the court awarded Moore joint custody of his son.

Friends of Moore’s told the Daily Mail that he is a committed Christian and upset by Dolezal’s accusations.

Court documents contain an email he sent her, saying, “Rachel, you may not believe in God but that does not mean that he does not exist. God has seen everything you have done and He continues to watch.”

Dolezal’s version of her former marriage has been supported by her brother Joshua, 39, an English professor at Central College in Iowa — who is awaiting charges from 2013 of four felony counts of alleged sexual abuse of a family member in 2001 or 2002 at his parents’ home.

The victim, according to the affidavit, “was 6 or 7 years old,” and Joshua Dolezal was “19 years older.” The affidavit also claimed that on two occasions, Joshua Dolezal allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex, while on “7 or 8″ other occasions, Dolezal returned the favor. He supposedly said, “Don’t tell anyone or I’ll hurt you.”

Joshua Dolezal asserted in his memoir, titled Down from the Mountaintop: From Belief to Belonging, that Rachel and Moore eloped, then moved into the family’s home in Montana. He wrote that he thought Rachel was being abused, adding of Moore, “I murdered him hundreds of times in my sleep… Her job was to say: ‘Baby could you wash while I dry?’ His job was to play along. Our job was to ignore the muffled shouts behind the bedroom door.” Joshua added that Rachel was practically imprisoned once the couple moved to their own home, and that she and her son could only leave their “self-contained hell” if Moore agreed.

Joshua told of an alleged phone call from Rachel in which she said, “I’m scared. The other day I was walking out of the bathroom and he bumped me with his hip and I fell down. He said, ‘Look – I can knock you over with nothing but my skinny little ass.’ And he wakes me at three in the morning by licking me. Sometimes he’s on top of me before I’m even awake. He’s done that before, but now it happens every day. It’s freaking me out.”

The Daily Mail claims that Rachel Dolezal is supposedly supporting her brother’s victim, and her parents Larry and Ruthanne outed her because she supported the victim and not her brother.

Ruthanne told People that the charges against Joshua were false, stating, “That is all a malicious false lie. [Rachel] is the one who initiated it. We know it is not true.”
