A woman fainted shortly after Donald Trump got on stage in Lexington, S.C.,  after waiting hours to see the billionaire GOP frontrunner.

Trump pointed the woman out, and motioned the crowd to help her, and said that she probably waited eight hours to sit in one of the front rows. “Maybe she fainted at how good looking I am,” Trump quipped.

Later in the evening another woman shouted out her support for Trump, telling the crowd that he would help woman. Trump took the opportunity to make  a pitch for women voters.

“Thank you darling. We’re going to take care of women,” he replied.

“We’re going to take care of women. Do we love women? Right! Here I can say: We respect women. We cherish women. We love women,” Trump said.

“I like this woman, she’s fantastic,” he said.
