New French 'Boss-Napping' at US-Owned Auto Supplier

French workers at a US-owned auto parts supplier are holding two managers inside their plant, in the latest case of “boss-napping”. The workers at Molex, in Villemur-sur-Tarn in Southern France, barricaded the two executives — a female human resources director and the factory’s deputy manager — inside the compound on Monday afternoon. They are protesting layoffs and the planned closure of the plant.
