Rep Blackburn: Initial Abstain Vote During Speaker Election Was Not 'Hesitation'

GOP Rep Marsha Blackburn (TN) said that her initial vote of “abstain” during the Republican vote for Speaker of the House was just “something that happens.” She said she had to leave the floor when it was her time to vote and that she caught up at “the end” to cast her vote for John Boehner.
