BP Agent: Obama ‘Consequences’ Threat ‘Slap in the Face’

Border Patrol Agent and Vice President and Spokesperson of the National Border Patrol Council Shawn Moran said that President Obama’s declaration that officials who did not follow the executive action on immigration would face “a problem” and “consequences” was “a slap in the face” on Thursday’s “Your World with Neil Cavuto” on the Fox News Channel.

“I think it’s a real slap in the face to Border Patrol agents. And that is our title. The president referred to us as ‘Border Control.’ It’s disrespectful. He needs to get the title right first, and not jump the gun, so to speak, as to what’s going to happen. This is a process that will play out and — [he] questions our integrity, as federal agents that we’re not going to follow orders. We follow orders, and for the president to imply otherwise is uncalled for” he stated.
