Nov. 5 (UPI) — Tom Bergeron is set to return to the ballroom as a guest judge for the 20th anniversary episode of Dancing With The Stars.
“It feels really good. I’m really looking forward to it,” Bergeron said on Good Morning America Wednesday.
“Well, look, I think 20 years of any primetime show is amazing,” he continued. “For a show 20 years old to also be having a ratings resurgence as they are — you’re more likely to see a zebra playing the piano than for that to happen.”
Bergeron helmed the dancing competition show for 14 years after its 2005 inception.
In Tuesday night’s episode, contestant Robert Irwin and his dance partner Whitney Carson took to the stage for a Paso Doble as The White Stripes’ “Icky Thump” played in the background.
