Oct. 27 (UPI) — Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn were forced to defend their titles on WWE Raw.

Morgan was told by Raw general manager Adam Pearce on Monday that she would be defending the Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch in the main event due to her rival Stephanie Vaquer not being medically cleared.

Lynch brought the fight to Morgan and placed the champion into her signature submission move, the Dis-arm-her, before Morgan’s Judgment Day teammates came to her rescue.

Judgement Day’s interference ended the match in a disqualification. Morgan and her partners Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez assaulted Lynch until WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green and Iyo Sky arrived onto the scene to even the odds.

Later, after Morgan had been taken out, Ms. Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton made an appearance and was ready to cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase. The briefcase allows Stratton a championship match at any time.

Morgan was saved from Stratton by her boyfriend, “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio, who was able to pull the champion out of the ring.

Also on Raw, Zayn was placed into a championship match against relative newcomer Je’Von Evans after the rookie confronted Zayn.

During the title bout, Mr. Money in the Bank Penta arrived and teased using his briefcase. Before Penta could act, however, he was taken out by his rival Bron Breakker.

Evans jumped from the ring to attack Breakker. Zayn took advantage of the situation and was able to nail Evans with the Helluva Kick to win the match and retain the Undisputed WWE Championship.
