Named as one of the top four most powerful pro-life female voices by the Christian Post, Penny Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America, joined Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon on Breitbart News Saturday to discuss the organization’s call for a national day of prayer and fasting on Sunday, February 15.

Nance said that “We are calling for women of faith and men of faith to spend Sunday as a day of prayer and fasting for the victims of Islamic terrorism around the world.”

The Christian leader explained that CWA is the nation’s largest public policy women’s organization, with a half a million members, 400 chapters, 26 college chapters, and they are women of faith. CWA has a history of over three decades of helping members across the country bring biblical principles into all levels of public policy.

Nance characterizes the devastation that is going on against Christians, women, and children in the middle east and elsewhere as a “battle between good and evil.” She believes that the war against those responsible for the death and suffering of innocent people has to be physically fought, “but they are also to be fought on our knees in prayer.”

The CWA is calling for a “road to Damascus kind of retention from these evil men. We are calling for justice to prevail for their victims and the countries around them, in Israel, Jordan, Chad, Nigeria and for all countries that are coming under assault.”

Bannon pointed to the sad and ironic possibility that “We could see the eradication of Christianity in the cradle of Christianity,” if the Islamic Jihadists continue in the same direction that they have been going in the last few years.

She added that CWA are also “calling for our country’s administration to stand up and fight against evil. This is our prayer, and prayer and love are greater than terror,” Nance exhorted.
