Hillary Clinton will reportedly hold a Tuesday afternoon news conference to address her private email scandal, according to NBC News.

Clinton is scheduled to speak at a United Nations event on women’s rights earlier in the day.

Clinton reportedly did not even want to address the controversy until after she announced her presidential run, but she reportedly changed her mind after Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) urged her to “come out and state exactly what the situation is” on Sunday’s “Meet the Press.”

“From this point on, the silence is going to hurt her,” Feinstein said.

Clinton’s only public comment on the email controversy has been a March 4 Tweet.

“I want the public to see my email,” she Tweeted. “I asked State to release them. They said they will review them for release as soon as possible.”

The news conference will be her first in two years.
