It not only passed over Donald Trump for Man of the Year–Time Magazine also is releasing an unflattering gif of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump.
The video shows Trump dodging a bald eagle flying towards the presidential candidate’s head.
Time wrote:
Last August, as Person of the Year runner-up Donald Trump was establishing himself as a real contender, the candidate agreed to pose with a bald eagle for a TIME cover story. The idea came from Martin Schoeller, the award-winning portrait photographer and frequent TIME contributor who shot the cover.
The eagle’s name, for the record, is Uncle Sam, and he’s 27 years old.
Following Time’s announcement that it named German Chancellor Angela Merkel the Person of the Year, the GOP frontrunner blasted Time’s decision, saying, “I told you @TIME Magazine would never pick me as person of the year despite being the big favorite They picked person who is ruining Germany.”
