OKC Thunder's Roberson Burglarized During Playoff Game

According to TMZ Sports, Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Andre Roberson was unaware while he was playing Game 3 of the NBA playoffs on April 24 that his home was being burglarized. Roberson, who lives in Oklahoma City, had some official Oklahoma City Thunder backpacks and an Xbox stolen. A suspect named Taron Stevenson was caught on Roberson’s neighbor’s surveillance camera.

On April 25, cops busted Stevenson for suspected DUI. When investigators looked in the car after it had been impounded, they found an OKC Thunder backpack with a baggage claim check that had Roberson’s name. No Xbox was found.

Police said the area around Roberson’s home has been plagued by burglaries lately. Multiple counts of burglary charges are expected to be filed against Stevenson.

Robbers, apparently aware of the NBA playoff schedule, also burglarized the home of Indiana Pacers star Paul George during a recent game.
