The Los Angeles Kings may be 22 points out of first place in the Western Conference, but that doesn’t mean they can’t still attract some star power.

On Thursday night, the Kings welcomed Will Ferrell to their broadcast booth to help call the game. Except, Ferrell was not there as Will Ferrell. Instead, he arrived as his Anchorman character Ron Burgundy, complete with mustache.

He then proceeded to attempt to call a hockey game, with a burrito.

TMZ Sports listed some of the highlights of Ferrell’s appearance:

I once saw Jeff Carter with his shirt off in the locker room … he’s got the goods.

Cleared by the Kings! Take that, San Jose!! Zero Stanley Cups. ZERO Stanley Cups for the San Jose Sharks!!

Shot on goal, he scores!! Put that baby to bed without a diaper.

Ferrell’s child care advice may be bad, but his presence ended up being a good thing for the Kings. Not only did everyone get a laugh, Los Angeles ended up beating the Sharks 4-2.
