The death toll due to Hurricane Ida reportedly reached at least four following a highway collapse in Mississippi while millions had no power and flooding continued to be a threat Tuesday, according to USA Today.

Videos and photos emerging from Grand Isle, Louisiana, reveal the massive devastation from the wind and tidal surges caused by Hurricane Ida. The mayor of the island city says 85 percent of structures received damage.

It has been over a week since more than 17 inches of rain swept through Humphreys County, Tennessee, taking the lives of 20 residents and hurting many more.

Volunteers from numerous states are on their way to Louisiana to offer what help they can in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida.
