Chuck Todd: Obama's Message 'Feels Like The Past'

On MSNBC's "Hardball" Chris Matthews asked Chuck Todd if the President's stump speech of "accomplishments" in his administration was "forward" enough or if the message was falling flat. Todd responded that the President's message "feels like the past."
