The open borders lobby is urging President Joe Biden to stop red states from deploying law enforcement officers to the United States-Mexico border to help Texas and Arizona officials grapple with a wave of illegal immigration. 

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) could not name the president of Mexico when asked to do so by a Telemundo reporter on Thursday evening.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Texas, ACLU national, Texas Civil Rights Project, Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and Demos filed a lawsuit in Galveston federal court Monday on behalf of four advocacy groups to block the state’s ongoing investigation to remove reported non-U.S. citizens from the voter rolls.

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) sued Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Secretary of State David Whitley to block an effort to remove reported non-U.S. citizens from the voter rolls.

The Trump Administration is going to enter the battle on Texas’ sanctuary city ban and will fight against Democrats and open borders advocates. The law has some of the “stiffest penalties in America” against officials who ignore immigration detainers and release criminal aliens in defiance.

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) took little time in filing the first lawsuit to try to stop the Lone Star State’s recently signed anti-sanctuary jurisdiction bill. LULAC sued the State of Texas, its governor, and the state’s attorney general.

Protesters marched through downtown Dallas Sunday afternoon, pushing a strong pro-illegal immigrant, pro-amnesty, and open borders agenda at a “mega march” that failed to deliver its anticipated “mega” turnout.
