Holy Moses! My Take On The Movie “Exodus:Gods and Kings”

I have been looking forward to the release of the movie “”Exodus: Gods and Kings,” but I approached the opening with a certain degree of caution, after the last biblical movie that got me all stoked up to watch, “Noah'” turned out to be a disaster.

So, I went to go watch the movie this past weekend, and aside from it being really long, it was a great watch.

For all of you current, or one-time Bible thumpers, there are a couple points in the movie that will leave you scratching your head. This movie version of Moses is very ‘Hollywood’ and challenges the perception you have had about the great Moses.

The one point, the only point in the movie that “jumps the shark” is at the end when Moses and Ramses square off during the parting of the Red Sea.
