Obama Gives Speech in Belgium, Addresses Turmoil in Ukraine

President Barack Obama gave a speech in Brussels, Belgium on Wednesday. During that speech, he offered his thoughts on the current turmoil in the Ukraine involving Russia and its annexation of the Crimean peninsula.

Obama argued this wasn’t Cold War and said there would be consequences for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
