Kerry: Won't Hesitate to Use 21st Century Tools to Hold Russia Accountable for 19th Century Behavior

In a hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on over the FY2015 State Department budget, Secretary of State John Kerry addressed the situation between Russia and Ukraine over territory in Eastern Ukraine and vowed the United States and its allies would react to Russian aggressions.
