Jan. 30 (UPI) — Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan, Harris Dickinson and Joseph Quinn will portray The Beatles in a “four-film cinematic event,” Sony Pictures announced Friday.

The film studio shared first-look photographs of the actors in their roles as the iconic music artists in an Instagram post.

The first image shows Mescal in a vest over his shirt and tie. He will portray Paul McCartney.

Keoghan’s reveal as Ringo Star shows the actor with a mustache, paisley tie, and polk-dot shirt.

Quinn sports long hair and a denim shirt in his photograph as George Harrison.

Dickinson is seen in a recording studio strumming a guitar and wearing John Lennon’s iconic glasses.

Sam Mendes will helm the project, which arrives April 2028, Sony Pictures said.

Fans shared their excitement in the comment section, with one Instagram user writing, “Give the makeup and wig department a raise.”
