‘Lost Boys,’ ‘Schmigadoon!’ Radcliffe, Byrne earn Tony nods

May 5 (UPI) — The Lost Boys and Schmigadoon! tied for a leading 12 Tony Award nominations, including Best New Musical, on Tuesday.

Also in the running for the top prize are Titanique and Two Strangers Carry a Cake Across New York.

Darren Criss and Uzo Aduba announced the nominations.

Up for Best Revival of a Musical are Cats: The Jellicle Ball, Ragtime and Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show.

The nominees for Best Play are The Balusters, Giant, Liberation and Little Bear Ridge Road.

Shortlisted for Best Revival of a Play are Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman, Beck Shaw, Every Brilliant Thing, Fallen Angels and Oedipus.

P!nk is hosting the Tony Awards ceremony at Radio City Music Hall in New York on June 7. The gala will air on CBS and stream on Paramount+
