Islamic State Terrorists Claim Russia Knife Attack

(AFP) — The Islamic State jihadist group on Saturday claimed responsibility after a man stabbed seven people on the street in a Russian city before being shot dead by police, despite investigators saying it was probably not a terrorist attack.

One Dead, Several Injured in U. Texas Stabbing Incident

First responders in Austin, Texas, reported that one person is dead and several others are injured after a knife-wielding suspect went on a rampage at the University of Texas campus. The suspect appeared calm, “nonchalant” after police arrested him according to a witness. Police described the four victims to be three white and one “Asian” male college students.
