In the post-election crying jag of disappointed Hillary supporters we are witnessing the most egregious witch-hunt in American history.
Its immediate target is Trump’s new strategy chief and former head of Breitbart.com, Stephen Bannon, who has done more for Israel and the Jews in one post-election week, than all Democrats attacking him did in eight years of the Obama administration.
Screaming headlines on Huffington Post and other Democratic media sites are calling Bannon an “anti-semite.” But the only evidence they can come up with for this heinous charge – the only alleged slander of the Jews that the NY Times could dig up in its list of Bannon’s faux sins, is a headline that I wrote, and am totally responsible for, and that Bannon had nothing to do with.
This headline was written by me for an unsolicited article I sent to Breitbart.com – that I didn’t even get paid for – calling Bill Kristol a “renegade Jew.”
Why renegade Jew? Because Kristol defected from the Republican Party and the cause of Jewish survival to throw his weight behind Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton who gave nuclear weapons and billions of dollars to Iran whose leaders have sworn to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. Since Kristol was a leader of the post-primary, “Never Trump” Republicans, he was deserting his party to help elect Clinton and in my view to dig Israel’s grave.
“Renegade” means “deserter.” That’s what Kristol was doing. He was betraying America and the Jews and that’s what I said in the article and that’s what my headline was supposed to capture.
Barack Obama’s first foreign policy gesture in office was to reach out to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic world of Jew-haters, whose their Prophet calls in so many words for the extermination of my people). Obama then proceeded to send Israel and its prime minister Benyamin Netanyahu to the woodshed and keep them there for eight years, isolating them politically and giving aid and comfort to their would be destroyers. Obama and Hillary even supported the Muslim Brotherhood’s rise to power in Egypt, which would have put a party sworn to Israel’s destruction in charge of the largest military force in the Middle East, and situated on Israel’s doorstep. The Brotherhood is the parent organization of Hamas, a party of Islamic terrorists which in its charter calls for the extermination of the Jews.
Contrast this with Trump’s first act – with his chief strategist Steve Bannon solidly behind it – which was was to reach out to Netanyahu and call Israel “a beacon of hope” – in other words, to take Israel out of the woodshed bring her back into the embrace of the United States, Israel’s best hope for survival. Jews the world over should be grateful to Donald Trump and Stephen Bannon for coming to the aid of their brothers and sisters, and the historic homeland of the Jews.
This post-election witch-hunt of Steve Bannon and the Trump administration is just an enlargement of the basket of deplorables into which Hillary and her Democrat friends want to cast everyone who disagrees with them. To racists, sexists, homophobes, Islamophobes and xenophobes add anti-Semites. This is particularly rich coming from people whose Democratic Party is currently thinking of making a Farrakhanite, BDS-supporting, Jew-hating, pro-Muslim Brotherhood, racist the chair of the Democratic National Committee. This might be funny if it weren’t so tragic.
