Politico Reporter Declares ABC's Libya Smoking Gun a Distraction

Thanks to Jonathan Karl of ABC News  we now have smoking-gun proof that the Obama Administration is actively engaged in a coverup surrounding its own revisions made to the CIA talking points covering the September 11 terror attack in Libya.

This is the kind of scandal White House reporters dream of, right?

Well, not Politico’s White House reporter, Glenn Thrush, who is already declaring the “frenzy” around Karl’s story a distraction from real issues:

Here is Thrush further rationalizing his attempt to downplay ABC’s bombshell:

If you recall, during Wednesday’s whistle-blower hearings, Thrush was part of the MSNBC News roundtable rebutting the testimony in real-time.

Thrush is a big deal at Politico, so expect his left-wing outlet, and therefore much of the rest of the media, to work furiously over the next few days to do everything in its wicked power to downplay the now incontrovertible fact that the White House has been lying  to national media and the American people for over eight months.
