National Emergency? Reid Takes Up Bike Path Bill Before Obama's Job Bill

Yesterday, President Obama declared that we had “national emergency” related to the jobs situation in America. Today, in response, Senate majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) took action by bringing up a bike paths bill.
