Texas Reps that Toured California Hot Sauce Plant Sued by City

KTLA: Representatives from Texas were in Irwindale on Monday to tour the Sriracha hot sauce plant, which has recently been the cause of public debate. The hot sauce maker was sued after some Irwindale residents complained about strong, spicy fumes allegedly coming from the plant. The Texas delegation has already made it clear that the spicy sauce maker would be welcome in Lone Star State. The tour comes on the heals of Toyota leaving its Torrance headquarters and moving to Texas.

Sara Welch reports from Irwindale for the KTLA 5 News at 1 on May 12.
