CNN Reporter to Carney: Does Obama Feel 'as Though He's Above the Law?'

Monday at the White House press briefing, CNN chief Washington correspondent Joe Johns took on White House press secretary Jay Carney for the Obama administrations decision to go around a law stating Congress should be given a 30-day notice on prisoner swaps, which had apparently occured in this weekend’s trade of five Taliban for POW U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.

Johns asked if Obama “feels as though, on this issue and this kind of issue, he’s above the law?”
