Rolling Stone Writer Bashes Bergdahl's Platoon Mates

Rolling Stone magazine writer Matthew Farwell accused U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s fellow soldiers of being arranged by Republicans as part of a political strategy on Wednesday’s episode of “CNN Newsroom.” He said, “I find it a bit curious that many of the soldiers from his former unit that are coming on networks such as CNN and fox are being arranged by Republican strategists and it’s politicized when it’s a tragedy for everyone and a human drama that we all need to take a step back and just give time for the facts to come out.”
