ABC's Jon Karl: Obama WH 'Entirely Unconcerned' by Optics of Golfing During Crises

Monday, ABC News chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl said since White House staffers are unable to stop President Barack Obama from playing golf they are “entirely unconcerned” about the optics how the American people look at a president on vacation during a military operation.

Karl said the president hit the links “in record time,” taking only about an hour from landing in Martha’s Vineyard until he was playing.

Karl also said only one other president has played golf more, which is President Woodrow Wilson who still holds the title. But Obama has two years left to overtake it.
