According to a report that aired on Richmond, VA NBC affiliate WWBT on Monday, investigators have linked University of Virginia student Hannah Graham disappearance suspect Jesse Matthew to two other missing person cases.
Investigators told WWBT that Matthew is also being looked at for his involvement in the 2009 missing person of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington and a 2005 a Fairfax, VA girl’s abduction and rape.
“Just hours ago, detectives have confirmed they have forensic evidence linking suspect Jesse Matthew to not only Hannah Graham, but Morgan Harrington’s 2009 disappearance and potentially a Fairfax girl’s 2005 abduction and rape,” WWBT NBC 12 anchor Sabrina Squire said.
Additionally, Matthew was accused of rape in a 2002 Lynchburg, VA case at Liberty University, but was not convicted.
