General Manager of Steel Company Confronts Obama on Rising Health Care Cost

Friday during a town hall meeting at the Millennium Steel plant in Princeton, IN, the general manager of the plant stood up and asked what he can do because the companies health care costs have sharply increased every year President Barack Obama said it must be due to a lack of shopping around.

He said, “We are seeing almost a double digit increase every year.”

Obama replied, “The question is where you guys are shopping effectively enough.’
