Hayden: Obama Underestimating Intelligence of American People with His No Boots Mantra

Monday on NewsmaxTV’s “America’s Forum”  former director of the NSA and CIA Gen. Michael Hayden said President Barack Obama is “underestimating the intelligence of the American people” by continuing to insist we can effectively dismantle the threat of ISIS with no U.S. troops involved on the ground. 

He also said Leon Panetta was right that a successful engagement will require U.S. troops.
