Obama Announces 'Surge of Resources into Dallas' … 2 Weeks After First Ebola Case in US

On Tuesday, 16 days after the late Thomas Eric Duncan became the first person to be diagnosed with Ebola in the United States, President Barack Obama announced, “We are surging resources into Dallas to examine what exactly has happened that ended up infecting the nurse there.”

“Obviously are thoughts and prayers are with her,” he added.
