Mayweather on Ronda Rousey: When She Can Make Over $300 Million in 36 Minutes, Call Me

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., who is now 49-0 in his career, appeared on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” Friday to promote his upcoming and alleged final bout against Andre Berto on September 12 at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

While speaking, Mayweather was asked about UFC’s Ronda Rousey, who beat him out for the ESPY award for “Best Fighter” and is now 12-0 in her short MMA career.

Upon receiving the award, Rousey called out the boxer who has served prison time for domestic violence, saying, “I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once. I’d like to see him pretend to not know who I am now.”

Mayweather fired back, “I’ve yet to see any MMA fighter, or other boxer, make over $300 million in 36 minutes. When she can do that, then call me.”
