TEL AVIV – The IDF on Tuesday said Hezbollah was attempting to seal off some of its cross-border attack tunnels after the army boobytrapped them as part of its Northern Shield operation. 

Israel maintains that Lebanon’s government and the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) are effectively controlled by Hezbollah, the Iranian proxy force.

Israel’s army said Sunday it has uncovered another Hezbollah “attack tunnel” leading from Lebanon into its territory, the fourth since it started a search-and-destroy operation this month.

During a segment on Israel’s i24NEWS, Breitbart Jerusalem Bureau Chief Aaron Klein outlined the military challenges facing Israel amid the Hezbollah tunneling threat and the sudden uptick in Palestinian terrorist attacks in the West Bank.
