News Orgs Echo Clinton Operatives: Brett Kavanaugh’s Too White

NEW YORK — Pundits and some news organizations on the left seem to be parroting the latest progressive talking point to oppose President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, focusing on Kavanaugh’s race to argue he is not a diverse pick for the nation’s top court.

Report: Trump Jumped Out of Limo to Stop Mugging in 1991

According to a New York Daily News report dated November 20, 1991, when he spotted a “big guy with a big bat” beating on another guy, Donald Trump told his limousine driver to pull over. Witnesses told the paper,  that “with [then-girlfriend] Marla Maples tugging at his arm to try to stop him, [Trump] leaped from his black stretch limousine Monday evening during the Manhattan assault.”

NYDN: Ft. Lauderdale Gun-Free Zone Attack No Justification for Arming Citizens to Shoot Back

On January 6, the day that Esteban Santiago allegedly pulled a gun from checked baggage and opened fire on innocents in a Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International gun-free zone, the New York Daily News (NYDN) contended that “five … dead and even more … wounded” were not sufficient grounds for removing the gun-free policy so law-abiding citizens could be armed for self-defense.
