Virginia’s election officials are enabling illegal voting by foreign citizens, according to an extensive new study, titled “Alien Invasion in Virginia,” by a former Department of Justice voting-rights lawyer.
The U.S. Supreme Court handed down a unanimous decision Monday for the case Evenwel v. Abbott. The ruling denied two Texas voters’ requests to perform legislative redistricting measures that would have reduced the political clout of urban, non-citizen dominant areas of the state. Noncitizens, felons and minors will continue to be accounted for when political boundaries are drawn in the foreseeable future.
Twenty-nine Kansas government employees have been charged with bribery and other crimes in connection with providing fake drivers licenses to undocumented workers. A retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent told 41 KSHB Action News that issuing fake licenses could lead to a wide range of fraud and other criminal activity, including terrorist activity. The undocumented workers allegedly paid $2,500 to obtain these fake drivers licenses.
The States of Kansas and Arizona, and the Secretaries of State from those respective states filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court Tuesday asking the Court to hear a case involving the issue of noncitizens illegally registering to vote in elections in the United States.
