StemExpress, a biomedical company that has admitted to working with Planned Parenthood in California in the retrieval of body parts and organs of aborted babies, has said it will cut its ties with the nation’s largest abortion provider.
The Superior Court of the State of California ruled Thursday that biomedical company StemExpress has no right to access the journalistic materials of the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) which were used to expose Planned Parenthood’s practice of harvesting and selling the aborted baby body parts to such companies.
“The new Center for Medical Progress video shows that Planned Parenthood is literally preying on women and stealing their blood and remains of their babies,” Kristan Hawkins tells Breitbart News. “The video featuring Holly O’Donnell from StemExpress reveals horrifying details of how her former company, in conjunction with Planned Parenthood, does not get consent from women to take their babies after abortion.”
She charges that techs working Planned Parenthood clinics didn’t always take the time to actually make that demand of the abortion mill’s clients: “If there was a higher gestation, and the technicians needed it, there were times when they would just take what they wanted. And these mothers don’t know. And there’s no way they would know.”
Though the House is officially in recess, committee chairman Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee chairman Joe Pitts (R-PA), committee vice chairman Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), and committee chairman emeritus Joe Barton (R-TX) signed letters to Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards, StemExpress, Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR), and Novogenix Laboratories. A news release posted on the committee’s website states the request for further information “build[s] on the committee’s investigation into the shocking Planned Parenthood videos released in recent weeks.”
As observed at MRC TV, the policy document obtained by the Center for Medical Progress, which produced the videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s dealings in the transfer of aborted baby body parts for sale, shows that baby body “tissues” are divided into Categories A, B, and C, with “A” being the most desirable and lucrative for technicians in terms of compensation.

StemExpress, located in Placerville, California, describes itself as “a multi-million dollar company that supplies human blood, tissue products, primary cells and other clinical specimens to biomedical researchers.” The company says it “offers the largest variety of raw material in the industry, as well as fresh, fixed and cryopreserved human primary cells.” In response to Breitbart News’ request for comment, Emily Schillinger, Boehner’s press secretary, said, “Charlotte Ivancic is a dedicated public servant who enjoys the utmost respect among her peers and Members of Congress. She has the Speaker’s complete trust and confidence in both her work and her character.”
Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards’s statement about the video released Wednesday by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) prompted a response from the pro-life group that conducted the undercover investigation into the abortion giant’s practice of harvesting body parts of aborted babies to sell to biomedical companies.
Planned Parenthood’s partner in the body-parts business “advertises 4 different times the financial benefit that Planned Parenthood clinics can receive from supplying fetal tissue.”
