Javier Manjarres is a first generation American and credits his conservative political philosophy to his parents who legally immigrated to the United States from Colombia and raised him with strict conservative values.

The GOP lead Florida Legislature has just unanimously passed a bill that restricts law enforcement agencies' use of drones. State legislators voted 117-0 on the bill that Florida Governor Rick Scott already agreed to sign once it hits his desk.

The cellular telephones provided for in the legislation are not aimed at new immigrants, but at Americans living or working near the border, as Matthew Boyle's article at Big Government notes. Keep in mind that the bill does not specify Americans, but instead those residing along the border. No mention of being U.S. Citizens or residents as Rubio states)

In a response to the Senator Marco Rubio's support for a bi-partisan immigration reform bill that he has stuck his neck out for, the Florida Tea Party and a couple of immigration reform organizations organized and conducted a statewide protest at all of his district offices.

Yesterday's horrific bombings in Boston are no different than those carried out by Obama's pal Bill Ayers and his Weather Underground back in the 1970's. Ayers' bombs did not kill anyone, but had the potential to do so.
