Reuters: Obama Job Approval Plummets to 43%

Being caught lying again and again and again is never a good thing for a U.S. president. A number of recent polls have proven that point, and the point that Obama was not able to get away with dishonestly blaming sequester on the GOP. When you add up those numbers, you discover that 52% of Americans blame Obama for sequester, while 57% blame the GOP. In other words, all that campaigning and water-carrying by the media did next to nothing to help Obama.
