2 British Students Win Costume Contest Dressed As Burning Twin Towers

Two 19-year-old students at the University of Chester are being condemned by their University and fellow students after they dressed up as the burning Twin Towers for Halloween and photos were shared on social media. Amber Langford and Annie Collinge won the "best dressed" award at Rosie's nightclub in Chester for their ornate costumes which featured planes, explosions, smoke and people jumping to their deaths from the upper floors.
