Mexican illegal alien Aurelio Hernandez-Gomez pled guilty to third degree criminal sexual conduct in Michigan on Thursday after authorities found him with a 13-year-old Florida girl he allegedly kidnapped days before.
According to Michigan news outlet WWMT, police say the Mexican national committed many other crimes while residing illegally in the U.S. Florida authorities and federal agents are seeking to hold him as well. His charge means he incapacitated his terrified victim before violating her.
Hernandez-Gomez’s offenses sparked a national uproar after Breitbart News and the Drudge Report reported on his crime spree on the heels of a massive campaign to shame Americans into disbelieving their “lying eyes” and to swallow the fiction that rising levels of mass immigration from the Third World reduces crime.
As Breitbart News has exhaustively documented, 25,000 people would still be alive, and 70,000 others would not become victims of rape and sexual assault, had U.S. immigration law been enforced against illegal immigrants. Deporting all illegal aliens in the U.S.—or simply encouraging them to leave by cutting off their eligibility for taxpayer freebies—could possibly cut the federal crime rate by at least 37 percent.
Before Hernandez-Gomez is shipped to Florida to answer to charges of child custody and felony kidnapping, he will be sentenced in a Van Buren County jail. It’s unclear how U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement will proceed.
