Rick Santorum Vindicated!: Media, White House, Salon Go Soft On Pedophilia

In 2003, Senator Rick Santorum was widely criticized for making a slippery slope argument about what can happen to a society and country once we turn away from Biblical morality. A mere 12 years later the former-Senator’s prediction has come tragically true.

It is only Tuesday and yet already this week Salon has published a lengthy article written by a pedophile asking for our understanding. Although he claims to have never acted on his impulses (but spent years in a chat room with those who have), the entire piece condemns society — you and I — as bigots for ostracizing  and condemning his kind.

Courtesy of The New York Times we also learned Monday that “American soldiers and Marines have been instructed not to intervene — in some cases, not even when their Afghan allies have abused boys on military bases[.]”

Yes, you read that correctly: On our own military bases, as though Western Civilization is no longer a thing, our troops are being ordered to look the other way as Afghan police officers rape and sodomize underage Afghan boys.

In his last phone call home, Lance Cpl. Gregory Buckley Jr. told his father what was troubling him: From his bunk in southern Afghanistan, he could hear Afghan police officers sexually abusing boys they had brought to the base.

“At night we can hear them screaming, but we’re not allowed to do anything about it,” the Marine’s father, Gregory Buckley Sr., recalled his son telling him before he was shot to death at the base in 2012. He urged his son to tell his superiors. “My son said that his officers told him to look the other way because it’s their culture.”

Those last four worse are everything: “because it’s their culture.”

How far up in the military chain of command do these orders go?

Who in the White House knew about them?

Apparently we’re never going to find out because our left-wing mainstream media doesn’t care about underage boys being raped and sodomized on American military bases.

The story of our own government — our OWN government — allowing children to be openly sexually abused on our OWN military bases earned almost no media attention.

Nothing was said in the White House briefing. No questions were asked by the press corps.

No outrage was expressed by President Obama or anyone in the White House.

Ask yourself…

On what planet does the planet not stop when such a thing is discovered?

You can argue that it’s pro-Obama bias from our media taken to a depraved extreme. After all this is the same media that went insane over the Catholic church scandals and Abu Ghraib. But I don’t think it’s that. The media hates our military and could easily find a way to attack the Pentagon while insulating Obama. Heaven knows they have had 8 years of practice.

No, it’s something much worse.

This is the morality of our media and the overall Left…

Child rape just isn’t that big of a deal.

Rick Santorum was right.
