On Wednesday, a man who alleges Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, who is currently being investigated in a possible homicide, shot him in the face after an argument at a Miami strip club refiled a lawsuit that had been dismissed in February due to “erroneous paperwork.”
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, “David Jaroslawicz, who represents [the] man Aaron Hernandez allegedly shot,” refiled the lawsuit on behalf of his client Alexander S. Bradley.
Bradley has claimed Hernandez shot him after they argued and the original lawsuit alleged a gun in Hernandez’s possession discharged during the argument. The bullet reportedly hit his arm and face and “resulted in Bradley losing his right eye and undergoing multiple facial reconstruction surgeries.”
Investigators told Fox 25 News in Boston on Wednesday that Hernandez was “directly tied” to the alleged murder of a 27-year-old Boston man a mile from his home and has not been ruled out as a suspect.
TMZ originally reported the original lawsuit was dismissed in February due to “erroneous paperwork.”
