Children Swear Allegiance to Islamic State's Caliphate

HBO’s VICE News has released a chilling trailer for its new documentary “From ISIS to the Islamic State: Inside the Caliphate,” showing young children pledging their allegiance to the ISIS leader Abu-Bakr al-Baghdadi’s Caliphate.

VICE News journalist and filmmaker Medyan Dairieh had unprecedented access behind the front lines of ISIS’s takeover in Iraq. The documentary was filmed in the three weeks during the June operation, which seized several major cities along the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers.
