Pokemon Go App Special Location Home to 43 Registered Sex Offenders

The newly released Pokemon Go app is a huge hit so far.

The game allows users to virtually hunt and capture Pokemon from their phones.

The popular game has already been linked to robberies and the discovery of a dead body.

According to a Fox 10 Phoenix report, a special location on the game that rewards users for visiting is home to dozens of registered sex offenders.

New Windsor Hotel in Phoenix, AZ is one of the special locations, called a PokeStop, because it is a historical building. It is now being used as a halfway house.

The report states that a search of Arizona’s DPS Sex Offender Registry at 546 W. Adams Street shows that New Windsor Hotel is now home to 43 registered sex offenders.
