As the owner of Nevada’s most famous legal brothel, the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, Dennis Hof knows a lot about sex, business, taxes, and the changing demographics of those who pay for intimacy.

According to Hof, who owns seven brothels, one of which has been featured on the HBO late-night prostitution-themed reality show Cathouse since 2005, business is good, and a growing number of his clients are women looking to pay for sex with other women.

The notorious 68-year-old stopped in to talk business with The Adam Carolla Show last week and gave listeners an inside look at what has made his model excel at marketing “the world’s oldest profession.”

“They don’t have to do anything they don’t want to. They set the prices. They get half, I get half,” Hoff said of his girls, who come from all over the United States to work on his brothels.

Hof, who pays more than a million dollars a year in taxes, made one thing clear to Carolla: the customer comes first. Men, women, or mixed groups, Moonlite can and will accommodate.

As far as respected clientele goes in his bustling prostitution business, Hof says he’s seen an increase in women looking to pay for the company of other women.

“What is your average customer?” Carolla pressed.

Hof replied: “Its everybody.”

He continued:

Everybody from the UPS driver and construction workers, to billionaires flying in on their own jets. Everybody likes to have a good time, everybody likes to party. A lot of girl customers now. That’s the biggest growth in our business, is girls and couples, which is about 12% of our business now.

“Women coming in wanting to be with other women?” Carolla pressed.

“Absolutely,” Hof responded.

While not specifically related to women looking for sex with other women, the results of a new study found women paying for sex in general in the UK is on the rise.

Hof also considers himself a champion of sorts for both our men and women in uniform and American independence.

“You can drink 24 hours a day, you can have sex 24 hours a day, and you can smoke a cigar 24 hours a day, there’s no place like that in America,” he stated.

Carolla opined: “That’s why the terrorists hate us.”

“If these guys [terrorists] came to our place, that would calm them down,” Hof said. “One trip to the Bunny Ranch would change all that, especially when the girls convince them, ‘dude, there’s not 72 virgins waiting for you, I can tell you right now, there’s not that many virgins left.’”

Hof also claimed to have given “free sex” to men and women who have served in Iraq and said, “Don’t f–k with these military guys, okay. These are my heroes.”

While he was fairly open on the show about his disdain for President George W. Bush’s decision to go to war in Iraq, it’s no secret which candidate Hof is standing behind in 2016; the Moonlite Bunny Ranch and its girls have pledged do anything they can to support Hillary Clinton.
