Oct. 22 (UPI) — Paramount+ is gearing up for the latter half of MobLand Season 2.
The streaming service shared a midseason trailer for the season Thursday featuring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren.
MobLand is a new crime drama series from Top Boy creator Ronan Bennett. Hardy stars as Harry Da Souza, a fixer for the Harrigan crime family, led by Conrad (Brosnan) and Maeve (Mirren), in London.
The midseason trailer finds the Harrigans in crisis mode and “short of options” as they continue to contend with Frankie (Johnny Flynn) and Kat McAllister (Janet McTeer).
Meanwhile, Conrad and Maeve’s son Kevin (Paddy Considine) clashes with Harry as loyalties shift and Conrad’s daughter Seraphina (Mandeep Dhillon) is seen meeting with McAllister.
MobLand Season 2 has five remaining episodes, with Episode 6 to release Friday on Paramount+. The season finale will start streaming Nov. 20.
The series was renewed for Season 3 in September.
