President Obama appeared before the United Nations on Monday, receiving hearty applause from the officials in attendance. But at least one in the audience responded with a literal yawn.

Obama kicked his speech off slamming Russia, China, and Iran, but as he warmed to his themes, Secretary of State John Kerry responded by yawning.

Kerry was up early that morning to attend a 7:30 AM meeting to discuss Syria, according to his public schedule.

During his speech, Obama criticized those “strong states that seek to impose their will on weaker ones” before going on to mention Russia’s dealings with Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
