Tuesday at the White House press briefing, press secretary Josh Earnest slammed Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump for saying at his press conference this morning that President Barack Obama is intentionally forcing Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen to keep interest rates low in order that a so-called bubble in the markets will not burst while he is still in office.
Earnest dismissed the claim and said, “And somebody who has declared bankruptcy like four times too, so consider the source of that advice.”
